Good to know
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not for booked jobs. Emergency call-outs outside working hours have a fixed fee, which we tell you on the phone first.
How soon can you come?
Most small jobs are booked within a few days. For emergencies, we aim to be with you the same day.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Any work that needs certifying comes with the right certificate, emailed to you when we finish.
Do you tidy up afterwards?
Always. Dust sheets go down before we start and we hoover up before we leave.
