Are there any hidden costs?
No. The prices shown are what you pay, and I confirm your exact price in writing before any work begins. With a one-off website, the only extras are your domain name (at cost, typically £10 to £15 a year) and hosting, which I'll explain clearly before you start. Site and Care includes your domain and hosting.
What about my web address?
Your domain (like yourbusiness.co.uk) is always registered in your name, never mine. On one-off sites I buy it for you at cost, typically £10 to £15 a year. On Site and Care it's included, renewals and all. Already have one? I'll connect it for free and keep your email working.
Why does The Starter say "from"?
Every Starter website is built around your business, so the size can vary. Most pay exactly £449. If you need something extra, like lots of pages, a shop or custom features, I'll quote it clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum contract for monthly plans?
Site and Care has a 12 month minimum term, because the website is built for you upfront with no setup fee. The Growth Plan can be cancelled with one month's notice.
Can I combine offers?
The Leamington Welcome is included for every local business. Other discounts, like a seasonal offer or the referral discount, can't be combined, so you get whichever one is best for you.
How do I pay?
One-off websites are paid half upfront and half at launch. Branding and print designs are paid half upfront and half when you approve the final files. Monthly plans are paid by monthly invoice or direct debit.
Can I upgrade later?
Of course. Many businesses start with The Calling Card and add pages, booking or marketing as they grow.
